How can I get a tour/application?
For a tour call or stop by the office, 320-252-2633. Office hours
are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 or by appointment. You can
also stop by the office and pick one up.
How much is the security deposit /application fee?
The security deposit is $200 and the application fee is $30,
per person. We have all individual leases. So, you are only
responsible for your own rent.
Can I have a pet?
No dogs, cats or any other animal/pet is allowed, except fish. A
pet fee of $25 will be charged if any pet is seen or heard. Tenants
will also be responsible for any damage or repairs.
When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on the 1st day of the month. If you rent is not
received before midnight of the 5th day of the month, a late fee of
$25 is added; regardless if the 5th is on a weekend or holiday.
Where can I park?
Parking is free for all tenants. Each apartment has two designated
parking stalls. All vehicles must be registered. A valid parking
permit is required for all cars to park in the UVT parking lots.
UVT tenants can park in any unnumbered stall with a valid sticker.
Guests/visitors must park on the streets.
Where do I mail payments?
Payments can be made online by credit card or bank transfer
RentTrack. Checks/money orders can be
mailed to the UVT office. The office address is 1812 16th Street
SE #5, St Cloud, MN 56304. Make check/money orders out to UVT or
University Village Townhomes.
Can I pay rent online?
Yes. Payments can be made online by credit card or bank transfer through Zego. Click on the tab Pay Rent and you can create an account with Zego powered by RentTrack. After you create an account you will have to be approved by UVT Management. If you had a previous RentTrack account they have instructions on how to login.

When do I need to move out?
Our leases end on the 26th of the month, you would need to be moved
out and turn your keys in by 6:00pm on the 26th.
Do I have to give a notice that I am moving out?
No. You do not have to give a notice. We assume you are leaving
if you did not renew your lease.
How do I renew my lease?
Renewals receive a discounted price. You can renew your lease by
stopping in the office and signing a renewal lease. You do not have to
pay another deposit.
Do I need roommates before I sign or renew my lease?
No. You do not need roommates to lease or renew your lease. We
can match you up with other roommates.
